Blueprint 2015 is an evolution of Blueprint 2010. Preparation of Blueprint 2010 began in January 2003 with the collaborative work of partner organizations and agencies interested in addressing the economic health and vitality of Snohomish County.

Blueprint 2010 turned out to be a highly effective road map for the shared work of the partner organizations. The Blueprint 2010 Steering Committee reconvened in November 2006 in an effort to update and refresh the road map and take the partners’ shared efforts to the next level. The result of these efforts is Blueprint 2015.

Blueprint 2015 added Agri-Business as an economic engine cluster, expanded Business Services, and added sustainability to discussions on innovation and entrepreneurship. The Partnership brought on additional partners and added an annual meeting to its meeting schedule. Blueprint 2015 also updated Blueprint 2010 data and offered a more comprehensive view of clusters.

Blueprint 2015 data is updated every April and October.
